All the latest news from Woodlands School Hutton Manor
Thanks to the generous harvest donations from our families, we were once again able to support CHESS (Chelmsford Night Shelter for the Homeless) and the Brentwood Foodbank. Our Year 6 children enjoyed organising and packing the items before personally delivering them.
Woodlands Hutton Manor netball team played their first match of the season against Ursuline B. It was a very closely fought game going three all into the last quarter. With some good movement and brilliant shooting the match finished 5:3 to Hutton Manor. The girls played extremely well, improving as the match progressed. Their coach was very proud of each and everyone of them. Well done girls.
Our first U11 football fixture of the season was played against our good friends at Gt Warley. A fun and enjoyable game of football was contested between the two teams, with Hutton Manor coming out on top. Thank you to Gt Warley for hosting.
