A Nursery Day at Hutton Manor is 8.45am - 3.15pm

I/We request that the above-named child be registered as a prospective nursery attendee. I/We understand that registering the above-named child does not guarantee entry into the nursery and that waiting lists may be in operation. I/We understand that returning this form indicates willingness for the above-named child's present pre-school/ nursery to be contacted for a reference. I/We understand that the terms and conditions of the nursery will undergo reasonable changes from time to time, as circumstances require, and will apply in all our dealings with the nursery. I/We consent to Little Acorns Nursery (Woodlands Schools Limited) obtaining, using and holding personal data, including sensitive personal data such as medical information, to be processed lawfully and fairly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, for the purposes of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the above-named child and ensuring that all relevant legal obligations of Little Acorns Nursery (Woodlands Schools Limited) and my/ourselves are complied with. I/We understand that it is our responsibility to update the nursery if any of the above details change.

Following your visit, the next stage is to complete an online registration form with a non-refundable fee of £75.00.

We allocate places on a date of registration basis. Should you wish, you are most welcome to register your child prior to your visit. Your form and payment will be acknowledged by the Admissions Team.
